Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 10 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, and must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Return Process
Before returning any item, customers must contact our support team to receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to verify the issue. After verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability and your preference.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
